The scope encompasses the design and development of a multidisciplinary project (civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, and metal structures), including floodgates, access infrastructure, electrical shelters, an electrical substation, instrumentation, and automation systems for the continuous control and monitoring of water flows. This is a strategic project for optimizing water management, enabling the controlled return of rainwater to the environment and reinforcing HYDRO Alunorte's sustainable practices.
BRASS was responsible for sizing the equipment and systems, while operation will be automated with real-time monitoring, ensuring proper hydraulic performance and compliance with environmental requirements. The project also includes simplified 3D modeling, definition of design criteria, preparation of technical documentation, and support for future equipment acquisition.
