BRASS achieved 19th place out of 75 companies evaluated by student interns. This significant accomplishment reinforces our commitment to being a technical leader in the industry and to being recognized as a center of knowledge.
Our commitment is to be technical leaders in the field and to be recognized as a center of knowledge, which is undoubtedly reflected in this result. This result also forces us to continue improving, implementing new and interesting initiatives to attract and retain young talent that continues its professional development with us.
BRASS obtained a remarkable 19th place (out of 75 companies evaluated) in the study conducted by Best Internship Experiences (BIE) Chile 2025.
The study involved 22 young professionals who completed their professional internships at BRASS during the summer of 2025 in various areas of the organization. The study consisted of 18 questions distributed across 5 dimensions: learning and development, talent, leadership, work environment, and benefits.
Overall, the NPS score, which measures the level of recommendation given to BRASS by the group of young people, was 90.9%, placing us in the "exceptional result" range, where the experience of the professionals during practice is considered outstanding.
This outstanding experience allows us to strengthen our employer brand and also retain interns who want to continue their working life with us.
